Order Acknowledgement/Fulfillment Procedures
At Allied Flag, we work diligently to maintain and improve our order processing and product quality to ensure your experience with us is one of exceptional quality and customer service. Shipping charges for all products ordered from Allied Flag will be applied at the point of order fulfillment. We DO NOT ship orders C.O.D or freight collect. Orders shipped via UPS ARE UNABLE to be delivered to a Post Office box address. Allied Flag will not be liable for delays in delivery or unsuccessful deliveries due to matters beyond our control. All orders placed with Allied Flag will be confirmed at the point of sale. We will attempt to ship your order the most economical way. We use UPS Ground or truck freight from our warehouse in Kansas City, Missouri. Orders (over 200 lbs.) or larger sized items are generally shipped via motor freight.

International Orders:
Shipping rates for International orders are estimated. If the actual cost is more than 20% higher than the estimated cost shown on your order, we will contact you by email prior to shipping. You may also be responsible for paying import duties and taxes, depending on the country being shipped to.
Allied Flag welcomes inquiries and orders from municipalities, state, local, and federal government entities and institutions. Any organization wishing to establish an account with Allied Flag should contact our Customer Relations Department at 866-497-3524, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM CT for assistance. Credit terms, limits, and approval of accounts will be subject to our established credit policies and procedures.

Allied Flag warrants our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.
Flagpoles & Accessories
Allied Flag warrants to the direct purchaser that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 30 days from the date of shipment. If any product fails to conform to this warranty within the warranty period, Allied Flag shall, at its sole discretion, upon receipt and verification of written request by the consumer, replace the defective product. This warranty does not cover defects or product failure caused by improper installation, overloading, accidental misuse, neglect, alteration or modification by the consumer. All warranty claims must be mailed to Allied Products, Inc., Customer Relations - Warranty Dept., 1400 Kansas Avenue, Kansas City , MO 64127 . No product shall be returned without the prior approval of Allied Flag, and upon such approval must be shipped prepaid by the consumer unless otherwise authorized.
All requests for return or exchange as well as damaged goods claims MUST be completed within 30 days of receipt of product(s). Customers MUST contact our Customer Relations department at 866-497-3524 within the above time period to obtain a Return Authorization code ("RA"). A completed Return Authorization form must accompany each authorized return to ensure proper processing. The Return Authorization form is available on this website. All return packages must be received by Allied Flag within 15 days of issuance of the Return Authorization Code, otherwise the return will be deemed invalid. Any product returned to Allied Flag without a Return Authorization Code or form may result in a delay or denial of credit or replacement of the product in question. A 15% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges will apply to all requests for credit resulting from reasons other than defect in material or workmanship.
